A real call, start to finish.

A customer called about a burning smell and no heat. Our technician found a seized blower motor. The replacement was on the truck, so we swapped it, cleaned the blower wheel while the housing was open, and changed the air filter. About an hour and a half from walking in to heat coming out of the vents.

That is the goal on every no-heat call: diagnose it correctly the first time, and carry enough common parts that the fix does not turn into a three-day wait for a supply house.

The first cold snap books everyone solid.

Every year the first hard night in November lights up every HVAC phone in Queens at the same time. If your heat has been making a new noise, cycling oddly, or leaving the back bedroom cold, call before that night. It is a normal appointment in October and an emergency in November.

We are open Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with evening and Sunday appointments available. Same-day when the schedule allows.

Safety comes with the repair.

If you smell gas, shut the gas off if you can do it safely, open windows, get out, and call the utility first. We are not going to talk you through anything else over the phone.

On every heating repair we check combustion safety, venting, and the heat exchanger condition before signing off. A furnace that runs is not the same as a furnace that is safe, and we do not leave those two things unresolved.

Review

“I contacted them on a Saturday about a furnace repair. Yuriy contacted me Saturday night and came over Sunday morning. He quickly found the issue, showed me which sensors need periodic cleaning, then discovered my gas shut-off valve was broken and had it fixed in no time.”

FAQ

Heating Repair questions.

Call. If it is after hours, request a callback and we call at open. In a hard freeze, run space heaters safely with nothing draped over them, keep them off extension cords, and open the cabinet doors under sinks on exterior walls so the pipe runs stay above freezing.

We service all three. If you have radiators or baseboard with pipes, that is a boiler. If you have vents blowing warm air, it is a furnace or a heat pump. Describe what you have on the phone and we will know before we arrive.

Yes. Most winter breakdowns show up as a warning sign in a fall inspection first: a cracking igniter, a dirty flame sensor, a tired blower bearing. A tune-up in September or October is cheaper than a no-heat call in January. See our maintenance page.
